Made with a stainless steel front, the PizzaMaster PM 723ED floor model triple-deck pizza oven’s doors have heat-reflecting glass windows for optimal temperature retention; these windows are see-through for a clear interior view, which is further enhanced by the oven’s dual halogen lighting. Each deck is equipped with two 14-inch-wide hearthstones and can hold four 14-inch pizzas. This unit is mounted on four legs, and its four casters enable transportation between locations. Overall, this unit measures 44 3⁄10 inches wide by 35 3⁄5 inches deep by 75 1⁄5 inches high.

The PizzaMaster PM 723ED pizza oven features three digital displays—one for each oven chamber—and electronic controls for simple temperature and setting adjustments. Staff can set the holding temperature up to 752 degrees Fahrenheit. The displays are programmed with timers that have automatic modes or a manual shut-off alarm. Its turbo-start mode quickly heats the unit's oven chambers to its target temperature when first turned on. Along with the thermostat, the turbo start has indicator lights when in operation.
