The Marsal SD-1048 STACKED double pizza deck oven has a stainless steel exterior that's rust resistant and durable enough for use in high-volume establishments. Its interior is made of aluminized steel that's corrosion resistant and simple to clean. Thermostatic controls enable adjustments from 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit, and the unit is powered using natural gas. With two baking chambers, it accommodates as many as eight 18-inch pizzas.

For simplified cabinet access, the Marsal SD-1048 STACKED pizza deck oven is fitted with spring-loaded doors. It contains high-temperature fiberglass insulation that reduces energy loss and helps the chamber maintain proper product temperatures.
